This letter is to notify residents of informational meetings to be held regarding the proposed sale of the French Creek Lane property which is to the North of Pine Lakes Country Club.

INFORMATION MEETINGS

This letter is to notify residents of informational meetings to be held regarding the proposed sale of the French Creek Lane property which is to the North of Pine Lakes Country Club. The HOAII Board will hold three (3) meetings (or more as needed) to discuss the possible expansion of Pine Lakes Country Club. As a Board we want to keep everyone aware of what is transpiring. We are also looking for your positive input, ideas or concerns to present to ELS about this expansion.

A key to our ability to properly protect what we have here in Pine Lakes is all of us - the Residents. It is very important that we can show our strength in numbers. We need an HOAII Lease Land Membership that shows we care and will fight to keep Pine Lakes Country Club a great place to live.
Remember Strength in Numbers.
If you have not yet paid your 2021 dues please do so. You will have the opportunity to renew or join HOAII the evening of the meetings. Dues are $25.00 and checks (made out to HOAII) are preferred. To mail your check, send to Beverly Bynum, 19065 Mangrove Bay Ct, North Fort Myers FL 33903.

The meetings will be held alphabetically by last name in the Clubhouse Ballroom.
 Friday, March 5th at 7:00 pm - Residents A thru H
 Saturday, March 6th at 2:00 pm - Residents I thru P
 Monday, March 8th at 7:00 pm - Residents Q thru Z
Each meeting will be conducted in the following manner:
 All CDC COVID protocols will be followed.
 Masks are MANDATORY.
 One person per household due to COVID required capacity.
If you have to be turned away due to capacity restrictions other arrangements will be made.
