"Maitre Moy Tai Chi"

Originating in ancient China, Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Tai chi is a mind-body practice that involves a series of slow, flowing exercises that combine movement, meditation, and rhythmic breathing.

Many health sources can be found to support the claimed benefits of Tai chi. Tai chi has been show to improve ones flexibility, coordination, relaxation, balance, and blood oxygenation. It has also been shown to reduce blood pressure and heart rate.
