Pine Lakes Homeowners Association II (HOAII)

A Voice for Leased Land Property Homeowners

All owners of leased land here at Pine Lakes may become members in good standing and have a voice, and a vote, when it comes to making decisions concerning the community by paying their annual HOA II dues.

 

Because the association leaders are part of the community, elected by the members, they can be counted on to represent the concerns and interests of the communities residents—in conjunction with the PLEHOA (the estate owners HOA)— with the management organization. All members are encouraged to attend meetings.

 

And in case there is a misunderstanding or quarrel between a community member and park management, the homeowners association can provide a helping hand in liaising and mediation, allowing for better communication and understanding between both parties. Click here for the customer service form.
