From your HOAII Board
The HOA II Board of Directors have put a lawyer that is familiar with Government law and the dealing of County Commissions and a Planner who is also familiar with Government and planning commissions, on retainer. Both of them come highly recommended.

"This is the preliminary drawing that ELS presented to the Pine Lakes HOAII and PLEHOA Boards in August 2018. It is posted here accurately and without any additions to color or context. This is not the drawing submitted to the Zoning Board or currently shown at resident meetings. ELS has "sanitized" this Preliminary Drawing because it shows the truth about how 350+ homes on the property will look. (Thanks Mike Gloss)
