Lee County Records Show ELS Purchased the French Property. Attached and below is a copy of the sale that happened on July 21st. 2022.
ELS PURCHASE THE PROPERTY FOR $6,250,000.00 = $75,301.00 per acre
Note that the asking price was $8,900,000.00 = $107,229.00 per acre (difference of $32,000 per acre)
The French Estate gave up 1/3 of their asking price or $2,650,000.00
